David John Kennedy
David Kennedy has over 25 years of experience in financial services, including insurance, commercial lending and manufacturing. He is currently CFO of Dorel Home, a world leader in home furnishings listed on the TSX (DII.B). He began his career at PwC, later served as Chief Financial and Compliance Officer at Mirabaud Canada, Executive Vice-President and CFO at Dale Parizeau Morris Mackenzie and Mass Insurance Brokers, and most recently CFO at IOU Financial. David is a CPA, a graduate of McGill University, and holds degrees in economics and political science from the University of Toronto.

Gilles Séguin is head of the securities group at BCF Avocats d'affaires and is recognized as one of Quebec's leading specialists in exempt market securities. His expertise also extends to mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, takeover bids, public offerings and private placements.
